# About Stacks

**Stacks at stackscrm.com** is a CRM and business workspace for people running small businesses. It brings contacts, follow-ups, email, invoicing, scheduling, reviews, support and tasks into one place.

## Built from an operator's problem

Stacks was built by Chad, a business owner who knows the cost and friction of paying for separate tools that do not work well together. He wanted the everyday customer work in one workspace, without a new charge each time a business adds a teammate.

## How to use Stacks

The core platform is Free with unlimited users and contacts. Free includes 50 one-time AI credits for supported features. If you want continued use of those AI features after the credits are used, AI Pro is optional. For specialized workflows or integrations, [Stacks Custom](https://stackscrm.com/custom) begins with an enquiry and a defined scope; it is not an automatic part of Free or AI Pro.
