Make Stacks fit the work you do

Custom work can extend your workspace with specialized workflows, data attributes, integrations or agents. Discovery establishes what fits the shared platform, what needs a separate integration or system, and which data needs to move.

We agree implementation scope and cost first, alongside the recurring service and maintenance responsibilities. Migration, training and ongoing changes depend on that scope. There is no automatic Custom checkout or promise of unlimited consulting.

Map the workflow. Walk through the current tools, handoffs, repeated work and missing information.
Choose the first useful improvement. Agree what success looks like and whether configuration, an integration or a custom build is appropriate.
Define delivery and ownership. Agree the scope, acceptance checks, migration and training needs, alongside hosting and ongoing maintenance responsibilities.

What happens after you enquire?

We review the problem and contact you to discuss the fit and next step. Include the tools you use, where the process gets stuck and what you want to improve. An enquiry starts a conversation; it does not automatically start a paid project.

Questions about Custom work

Do I need Custom to use Stacks?

No. You can start with the Free platform. Custom is for work that needs tailored workflows, integrations or a separate system; AI Pro is a separate optional plan for supported AI features.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Discovery reviews your current tools, data and handoffs. We assess whether to connect an existing service, extend Stacks or build a separate system. Compatibility and migration scope are agreed before implementation.

Who owns custom code, and who maintains it?

Code ownership, hosting, documentation and maintenance responsibilities are agreed in the Custom scope. A Free or AI Pro subscription provides access to hosted Stacks, not ownership of its source code or infrastructure.

Does submitting an enquiry commit me to a project?

No. We review your request and discuss whether discovery makes sense. Implementation scope, cost and ongoing responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
