Configure email alerts

Email Alerts controls notifications for workspace events. It is separate from marketing campaigns and agent approvals.

Select events

In Settings → Email Alerts, review owner and contact notifications for forms, deal changes, bookings, reminders and reviews. Enable only the notifications you intend to send, then save.

Check delivery prerequisites

Configure a workspace email provider and sender first. A checked notification setting does not guarantee delivery. Test the relevant event and check the recipient and provider if no message arrives.
