Manage billing and AI credits

Settings → Billing shows the workspace’s current plan and billing actions.

Understand the pools

Free includes 50 one-time AI credits per workspace. AI Pro uses a separate 50-credit monthly pool, resetting on the first day of the month UTC. Unused Free credits are retained through upgrades and downgrades and never refill.

Upgrade or cancel

Admins can use Billing → Plans and the available checkout or subscription-management controls. Cancelling Pro returns the workspace to Free when the paid period ends; it is different from explicitly closing the workspace.

Interpret usage

Core records remain available on Free. Hosted AI uses its own credit meter; external API activity and your email/SMS/payment provider charges are separate. Review the current plan screen for prices.

Closure and exports

Explicit closure retains the workspace for 90 days with verified-owner export or restore, followed by purge. Current exports are not a full restorable backup. Follow the published Terms and closure instructions rather than treating subscription cancellation as deletion.
