The workspace activity report helps administrators inspect recorded use and operational outcomes.

Read each measure separately

Review available activation signals, weighted API operations and hosted AI usage. Request counts do not prove that an action completed or a message was delivered.

Understand estimates

Stored AI cost estimates are not reconciled provider bills. The report does not measure all infrastructure, support or payment expenses, and it does not establish revenue or margin.
