Configure customer reviews

Review Settings controls your review-request and public-feedback experience.

Review the configuration

Open Reviews → Settings. Check the business details, public review destination, message templates and available branding controls. Admins and managers can manage review settings.

Connect services

Email and SMS sending depend on the workspace’s configured providers. Google review data uses the Google Place ID integration, not a connection to your Google Business Profile account.

Test the customer experience

Preview the request and feedback pages before sending to customers. A published DNS record, saved template or connected provider alone does not prove a request reached its recipient.
