Review agent approvals

Agents is the workspace for reviewing agent-requested actions. Automations remain a separate module.

Open the queue

Choose Agents in the main navigation. Approvals is the landing page. Existing admin access is required; moving the page did not grant other roles approval rights.

Review before approving

Read the action summary and expand the full message preview. Check the recipient, sender and content before choosing Approve & send. Changed or expired requests may require a new submission.

Reject or investigate

Reject prevents that request from executing. Recent activity shows outcomes. Needs review means delivery could not be confirmed: check the provider before requesting another send to avoid duplicates.

Configure access

API keys and their module/send restrictions remain in Settings → API Keys. Approval does not bypass those restrictions. Activated CRM and scheduled workflows retain their automatic-send behavior; API-triggered workflows retain the initiating key’s restrictions.
