Link your Google business listing
Stacks uses a Google Place ID to link your public listing and retrieve a sample of reviews. This is not a Google Business Profile account login or a tool for publishing replies to Google.
Find the listing
Open Reviews → Settings as an admin or manager. Use the Google Place ID Finder link to locate the correct business and copy its Place ID. Check the listing carefully when several businesses have similar names.
Save and inspect
Enter Google Place ID and the business details, then save. Open Google Reviews to inspect the returned rating and reviews. Fetching depends on the platform’s configured Google API access; a workspace user does not enter a Google API key on this screen.
Understand the sample
The Places API used by Stacks returns up to five reviews. This is not a complete review history and should not be described as all of your newest reviews. The listing’s total review count can be larger than the sample shown.
Request and respond
Configure your review request message and alerts in Review Settings. Customers can follow the public Google review invitation regardless of feedback sentiment. AI reply drafting operates on feedback inside Stacks; you review and publish a Google reply in Google yourself.
