Manage the product catalog

Settings → Products stores reusable line items for invoicing.

Add or edit

Enter the product details and price using the available fields. Choose a catalog item while preparing an invoice to fill its line item, then check the quantity and rate.

Review existing documents

A catalog edit is not a correction to invoices already saved or sent. Review the affected document separately and follow its allowed editing rules.
